Martial began working in the oilfield at 15 years old as a summer hand rebuilding pressure control equipment, and has spent his entire career since then working across the oil and gas industry.  He has extensive experience in deepwater oil and gas operations, particularly in unconventional well interventions, as well as pressure control and managed pressure drilling. As an executive he has spearheaded the development and production of industry-first technology and equipment, introduced and expanded product lines into both domestic and overseas markets, and overseen corporate mergers and acquisitions. Across his career he has been on the leading edge of experimentation with and application of thermoset epoxies in the oilfield.  He is the founder of StaticFlo, and has a B.S. from Texas Christian University and M.B.A. from Rice University.

Todd has spent 45 years working exclusively in the upstream oil and gas industry.  He began his career working on rigs as a tubular running services member, and grew through the years to handle various roles throughout operations and sales departments in all major basins in the United States, offshore Gulf of America, and as a country manager in Papua New Guinea.  Todd has particular experience in both field and corporate sales servicing large mulit-national operators and E&P companies, as well as within the oil field services industry involving down-hole tools, directional drilling, inspection, and compliance.  

Andy is a licensed attorney with extensive experience in both commercial litigation and transactions.  Across his career he has managed risk for complex commercial matters across a wide range of industries, with particular experience in the oil and gas and financial services sectors.  Andy has handled large litigation dockets, tried bench and jury cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, and navigated corporate contract negotiation and drafting.  He has worked at firms both large and small, counseled clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to individual entrepreneurs, and is a formally trained mediator.  Andy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and law degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Stephen has over four decades’ experience in the energy sector as a field engineer, operations manager, and project manager in both domestic and international arenas. He is particularly experienced in thru-tubing equipment and applications, land and offshore based plug-backs and well abandonment, platform and subsea well intervention, and decommissioning projects. Through his many years as a project manager he has developed a robust and practical understanding of the logistical, commercial, and regulatory issues required to safely and efficiently retire assets. Stephen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Nicholls State University.

Majdi holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and has broad expertise in polymer science, epoxy chemistry, and advanced composite systems for demanding industrial and energy-sector applications. He specializes in the development of high-performance epoxy and composite materials, with specific experience spanning formulation design, performance optimization, and scale-up from laboratory research to production-ready systems. He excels at translating complex material science into reliable, field-deployable solutions that maintain consistent performance under challenging operating conditions.  Majdi leads advanced materials development, testing, and validation, and technical execution across product lines. His approach emphasizes practical engineering, repeatability, and long-term reliability, ensuring StaticFlo’s technologies meet real-world performance requirements.
